Teens Media Network inaugural Talks episode featured Award-Winning Filmmaker Alex Astrella. Alex is a documentary filmmaker, and CEO of Blu Star Productions, a company empowering disabled artists and creators from Autism Spectrum Disorder to ADHD. 

Alex is an award-winning documentary filmmaker diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder at the age of 2. He was told that he’d never be able to hold a job as an adult. Twenty-four years later, Alex has won numerous awards and garnered nationwide praise for his documentary films.

This premiere marked a cornerstone moment for Teens Media Network, releasing the first of a series of interviews with the goal of connecting youth through meaningful and inspiring conversations. You can now watch it on the TMN YouTube Channel.
