We are excited to share that TEENS MEDIA NETWORK (TMN), the innovative educational and youth entrepreneurship challenge for the creation of a global digital network broadcasted by teens for teens, has officially announced its fiscal sponsorship with SIMA STUDIOS. This is a crucial and very significant step forward for a transformative educational initiative which gives youth a voice in shaping global challenges. Generation Z is heavily influenced by digital media experiences, unlike previous generations which were primarily shaped by movies and TV. As multimedia content creators and consumers, Zoomers require media literacy tools to succeed in this rapidly changing landscape. TMN meets this moment by providing youth with a platform to voice their opinions and shape global conversations.
Through inclusive and collaborative activities, Net-teens will develop hard skills such as inclusive storytelling, video production, broadcasting and marketing and soft skills such as social-emotional development, collaborative work and critical thinking, empowering them to navigate a future of constant change and transformation.
